ABOUT

Jeff Cadet

I'm a full-stack developer who builds production software end-to-end. Not prototypes. Not demos. Real products used by real people, running in production, processing millions of records.

My main project is TradeProof — a SaaS platform that verifies contractor compliance across all 50 US states. I built the entire stack solo: data integrations, REST API, billing system, security infrastructure, and deployment pipeline.

I also build for clients and communities — from fashion e-commerce to civic platforms for the Haitian diaspora. And I teach the next generation of IT professionals as a CompTIA A+ instructor.

Fluent in English, French, Haitian Creole, and Spanish — which is why I build multilingual products by default, not as an afterthought.

How I Work

Ship, then iterate

I'd rather launch something imperfect and improve it based on real feedback than spend months polishing in a vacuum. Every project I build is live and serving users.

Own the full stack

I don't hand off. Database schema, API design, frontend UI, deployment pipeline, security audit — I build and maintain the entire system. This means fewer integration bugs and faster iteration.

Security is not optional

TradeProof went through a 130-finding security audit before taking its first dollar. I pin dependencies, validate inputs, rotate secrets, and assume every boundary is hostile.

Build for the underserved

The Haitian diaspora has no comprehensive web portal. Small contractors can't easily verify licenses. Beauty professionals struggle with online presence. I build for the gaps others ignore.
